Thedora Nickel

Thedora Nickel is an experienced executive leader with extensive expertise in operations and management within the financial services sector. Currently serving as Executive Director and member of the Board of Directors for both The Change Company and Commerce Home Mortgage, as well as a member of the Board of Directors for The Whole Child, Thedora has held significant roles at Banc of California as Chief Administrative Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations. With a substantial tenure at Bank of America from 1987 to 2011, Thedora managed large teams and complex operations, including research and resolution services for banking centers, cash services, and treasury management across multiple regions. Thedora holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Kaplan University, completed between 2012 and 2014.
