Simon Todd

Simon was appointed to the Board in 2021. He has over 35 years experience in senior management and real estate developed in the property, banking and financial service sectors.

A chartered surveyor, Simon is a Director and Group Head of Real Estate at Crestbridge. His focus is bring supportive challenge to the Executive Leadership Team, with an emphasis on the performance and quality of the Society's real estate, operational and investment assets.

He is a strong supporter for the adoption of ESG principles, and aims to being this experience to support all elements of supply and performance at the Society.
