The Chapel
Rick Wager has extensive experience in pastoral leadership, currently serving as the Palatine Campus Pastor at The Chapel since March 2011. Previously, Rick held the position of Lead Pastor at Grace Community Church from March 2004 to March 2011 and served as the Associate Pastor of Youth at Orchard Evangelical Free Church from March 1993 to March 2004. Rick's educational background includes a Doctor of Ministry (DMIN) from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (1996-2001) and two Master of Divinity (MDiv) degrees, one from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School (1978-1979) and another from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul (1976-1978). Rick began academic pursuits with a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Speech Communication from Wheaton College (1974-1976).

The Chapel a non-denominational church with 8 different location throughout the Chicagoland area. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus who embody and extend the Kingdom of God by forging communities that inspire, equip, and release disciples who are experiencing God and sharing his presence, truth, love, and power to everyone in their world.
