Sarah Mallis is currently serving as an Integrated Producer at THE CHARLES since March 2021. Prior to this, Sarah worked as a Digital Marketing Project Manager at Condé Nast. With experience in project management and creative development across various companies such as Brand Bureau, Coolgrayseven, Purpose, Sparks & Honey, UEG, Town Residential, Club Monaco, and Launch Collective, Sarah has a strong background in overseeing end-to-end projects and ensuring timely adherence to schedules and budgets. Sarah holds a Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago.

Based in New York City, THE CHARLES was founded by Aaron Edwards and Samantha Edwards in 2011. Driven by their respective passion for culture, creativity, business strategy, finance and technology, they sought to create a digital-first agency that would do things differently. Born and raised in St. Kitts, Charles Alfred Sealay was Samantha and Aaron’s great- grandfather. He was a popular man who transcended the boundaries of race and class inequality to make a success for himself and his family. Naming the agency after him, the siblings hope to leave a legacy behind for years to come.
