Rebecca Hubbard

Rebecca Hubbard has a diverse range of work experience in the hospitality industry. Rebecca has held various managerial positions, starting with their role as Assistant Director of Reception at Sheraton from 2001 to 2003. Rebecca then moved on to Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, where they served as the Director of Reception from 2003 to 2005. Rebecca joined The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company LLC in 2005 and held the positions of Front of the House Director and Assistant Rooms Executive until 2009. Rebecca continued to advance their career at The Dominick, where they served as the Executive Assistant Manager from 2009 to 2011. Rebecca then joined Lotte New York Palace, where they held the positions of Hotel Manager from 2011 to 2016, and General Manager from 2016 to 2023. Currently, they are the Managing Director at The Charleston Place, overseeing its transformation and development. Rebecca's extensive experience and leadership roles demonstrate their expertise in hotel management and operations.

Rebecca Hubbard attended the State University of New York at Plattsburgh from 1994 to 1998, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality.
