Shruti Mohan

Shruti Mohan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Shruti currently holds the position of Director of Front Office at The Charleston Place since November 2022. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Front Office at JW Marriott from November 2021 to November 2022. From 2018 to 2020, they worked as a Hotel Assistant Manager at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts. Before that, Shruti served as a Hotel Manager and Assistant Hotel Manager at Green Valley Ranch Resort Spa & Casino from 2016 to 2018. Shruti also worked at Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Guest Experience Manager from 2012 to 2013 and as an Assistant Front Office Manager from 2010 to 2012. Shruti's early career includes the role of MIT Rooms Division at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts from 2008 to 2009.

Shruti Mohan completed their Master's of International Business in Hospitality and Tourism Management from César Ritz Colleges Switzerland in 2008. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management, General from California Lutheran University in 2005.
