Hussain Chizari (FCIOB, MCIArb) has extensive experience in construction planning and management. Currently serving as the CIOB Doha Hub Chair since March 2023, Hussain also holds the position of Director and Senior Forensic Planning Consultant at Quantum Global Solutions. Previous roles include MEP Lead Planner at AKTOR SA, where responsibilities spanned a major USD 4.4 billion metro project, and leading M&E planning for the Abu Dhabi Midfield Terminal Building at TAV Construction. Hussain has a strong background with Crown House Technologies in M&E planning and work winning roles, and prior experience includes package management with Laing O'Rourke and claims support for Wembley National Stadium projects. Hussain Chizari earned a Master's Degree from the University of Cambridge and a BSc in Project Management from UCL.
