Alexa Powell is a skilled legal assistant with extensive experience in the legal field, currently employed at Chartwell Law since June 2023 and previously at Moore Ingram Johnson & Steele from June 2021 to June 2023. In these roles, Alexa has demonstrated proficiency in preparing and uploading billed time, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and managing attorney calendars. Prior experience includes an internship at the District Attorney's Office in Athens Clarke County, where Alexa composed case summaries and attended court proceedings, as well as a brief tenure as a call center representative. Alexa holds a degree in Political Science and International Affairs with a focus on Pre-Law Studies from The University of Georgia, complemented by earlier education at Georgia College & State University and Sequoyah High School.
