Angella Luz has a strong background in tax accounting, starting as a Tax Accountant at The Cheesecake Factory in 2006. Angella worked their way up the corporate ladder and held various roles including Senior Tax Accountant, Tax Supervisor, Tax Manager, and Senior Manager, Tax. In their most recent position as Associate Director of Tax, they are responsible for managing sales and use tax compliance, audits, use tax accruals, and VAT compliance for all domestic locations. Prior to their time at The Cheesecake Factory, they gained experience as a Staff Accountant at Arcs Commercial Mortgage, where they managed daily cash flow and a line of credit.
Angella Luz obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Accounting & Information Systems from California Baptist University from 2001 to 2005.
