Hugo Carrillo has extensive experience in the restaurant industry, currently serving as General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory since July 2018, having previously held the position of Assistant General Manager. Prior to this, Hugo worked at California Pizza Kitchen from January 2014 to June 2018 as General Manager, overseeing all restaurant operations, and also held the role of Managing Partner and Assistant General Manager at The Cheesecake Factory from May 2005 to January 2014. Hugo's career began at Outback Steakhouse, where responsibilities included managing operations as Proprietor from May 1995 to May 2005. Hugo holds a certification in Medical/Clinical Assistance from Nova Institute of Health Technology and attended Chaffey College.
