Kishor Dembla

Kishor Dembla has extensive experience in business intelligence and analytics. Kishor started their career at KPMG (BearingPoint) as a Senior Consultant, where they successfully consulted on a global implementation project for a multinational pharmaceutical company. Kishor then became a Manager in the JD Edwards Practice, leading the implementation of JD Edwards software for various clients. Kishor then joined Wabash National as a Senior Business Analyst before transitioning to Amgen, Inc. as a Senior Business Analyst and later as a Senior Manager. At Amgen, they managed and delivered several global IT initiatives and was involved in project management, analytics, and reporting for the Global Commercial Operations team. Kishor also worked at The Walt Disney Company as a Senior Business Analyst, participating in the replacement of the International Labor Standards system. Most recently, Kishor was Business Intelligence Lead at The Cheesecake Factory, where they successfully managed and delivered multiple BI projects for executive, finance, operation, and marketing teams, developing dashboards and visual insights for actionable analytics.

Kishor Dembla holds a Master of Science (MS) degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Oklahoma, obtained in 1988. Kishor also earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the NED University of Engineering and Technology. Additionally, Kishor has obtained certifications in Scrum Master Fundamental and Data Science from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile and UC Irvine, respectively.
