David Caldwell has an extensive work history in the advertising and marketing industry. David started their career as an Assistant Account Executive at Ross Roy Communications in 1991 before moving on to Campbell-Ewald as an Account Executive, where they managed regional advertising for the Northeast region of Area Advertising for Chevrolet Motor Company. In 1994, they joined J. Walter Thompson Worldwide, where they held various roles, including SVP, Group Account Director. During their time at J. Walter Thompson, they were responsible for overseeing large-scale marketing/advertising initiatives and managing cross-functional teams. In 2012, Caldwell joined GTB as Executive Vice President, Managing Partner, where they led the National Ford Dealer Association account and implemented digital-first marketing strategies. David also negotiated new contracts and executed comprehensive restructuring efforts. Most recently, they joined The Chemico Group in 2023 as a Sales and Marketing Specialist.

David Caldwell obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Interpersonal and Public Communications from Central Michigan University. This educational achievement spanned from 1985 to 1990.
