Christopher Young

Christopher Young has a diverse work experience. Christopher started their career as a Research Engineer at DuPont in 2011 and worked there until 2013. Christopher then joined DuPont/Chemours as an Area Manager from 2013 to 2016. After that, they moved to The Chemours Company and worked as a Site Procurement Team Leader from April 2016 to December 2016. Following this, they served as a Technical Manager at the Chemours DeLisle, MS, TiO2 plant from January 2017 to July 2021. Later, they took on the role of Global Supply Chain Manager at The Chemours Company for a year from July 2021 to July 2022. Currently, they are working as a Supply Chain Director at The Chemours Company. In this role, they lead the Titanium Technologies supply chain and has achieved optimized asset configuration to minimize COM and maximize inventory productivity. Christopher has also re-aligned production profile resulting in a >10% reduction in FPDE spend and improved on-time delivery.

Christopher Young earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia from 1986 to 1990.
