Els van Til has extensive experience in demand planning and management within the fluorochemical sector. Currently serving as a Productspecialist and EMEA Demand Manager & Integrated Business Planning lead at The Chemours Company since July 2015, Els van Til oversees demand planning for fluorochemicals and collaborates with a global team to implement best practices in the EMEA region. Prior to this role, a career at DuPont from March 1985 to July 2015 encompassed various positions including Demand Manager for Europe and Teamleader for Sales & Operations Planning, specializing in fluoropolymers and the PTMEG plant.
