Michael Davis currently serves as a Senior Principal Investigator at The Chemours Company, leading a team focused on analytical sustainability in alignment with Chemours' 2030 sustainability goals and specializing in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) spectroscopy for polymer and materials characterization. Prior to this role, Michael held various positions at Bridgestone, including Senior Research Scientist and Research Scientist, where the research concentrated on characterizing new polymers and materials for the rubber and tire industry. Additional experience includes a postdoctoral position at The Ohio State University and a technical role at the United States Army Corp of Engineers Environmental Chemistry Lab. Michael obtained a Ph.D. in Chemistry (Physical/Analytical) from Penn State University and a B.S. in Chemistry from Creighton University.
