Rodney Stewart

Rodney Stewart is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in various judicial roles. As a Senior Prosecutor at the Illinois Secretary of State since November 2018, Rodney also serves as the Owner of the Law Office of Rodney W. Stewart, specializing in civil litigation since 1985. In addition, Rodney is involved in juvenile justice representation through the Chicago Bar Association and functions as an Administrative Law Judge for the City of Chicago’s Department of Administrative Hearings. With a long-standing role as an Arbitrator in the Circuit Court of Cook County Mandatory Arbitration Division, Rodney chairs cases involving monetary damages, and acts as an Election Central Attorney for the Chicago Board of Election Commissioners. Rodney's early career included work as an Associate Attorney in the City of Chicago's Torts Division. Rodney holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Lake Forest College.
