Bill Lowry has an extensive background in human resources and administration, having held key positions at Inland Steel Industries, MacArthur Foundation, and currently at The Chicago Community Trust. With a Master's degree in Industrial Relations from Loyola University of Chicago, Bill brings a wealth of experience to their role as Special Assistant to the President at The Chicago Community Trust.
