Joanne Otte

Joanne Otte is an experienced program manager currently serving at The Chicago Community Trust since January 2021. Prior to this role, Otte was the Director of Programs at We Raise Foundation from February 2014 to June 2020, where significant contributions included data analysis for organizational focus.
