Shandra Richardson is a seasoned professional in community development and program management, currently serving as the Program Director of Strategic Initiatives at The Chicago Community Trust since July 2019. In this role, Shandra manages initiatives aimed at enhancing household wealth, focusing on supporting entrepreneurs of color and promoting homeownership. Prior to this position, Shandra worked as the Managing Director of Development & Communications at Sunshine Enterprises Chicago, where responsibilities included partnership cultivation and fundraising strategy implementation.
