The Chicago Community Trust
Sheila Cawley has extensive experience in philanthropic services and external affairs. Their most recent role was as Vice President Philanthropic Services at The Chicago Community Trust, starting in September 2023. Prior to that, they served as Sr. Vice President External Affairs and Chief Revenue Strategist at the Museum of Science and Industry, Chicago from April 2022 to August 2023, and as Vice President External Affairs from April 2012 to April 2022. Sheila also held the position of Vice President Institutional Advancement at The Field Museum from November 2004 to April 2011.
Sheila Cawley attended Saint Mary's College from 1986 to 1990, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Humanistic Studies. After completing their undergraduate studies, Sheila then pursued a Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in History at DePaul University, which they completed in 1993.
