Aaron Baar has extensive work experience in various roles within the communications and media industry.

Aaron then pursued a Master of Science in Journalism (MSJ) degree at Northwestern University from 1992 to 1993, specializing in Reporting and Writing. Recently, in 2021 and 2022, Aaron obtained a Certificate in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from the University of Illinois Chicago.
