Education and Support Roles

The Education and Support Roles team at The Chicago Lighthouse focuses on providing specialized educational services and support for children and young adults with vision impairments and additional disabilities. This team, comprised of special education teachers and an assistive technology manager, develops tailored educational programs, implements assistive technologies, and fosters inclusive learning environments to ensure that each student can achieve their developmental and social milestones, ultimately empowering them toward greater independence.
