Anita Schroeder

Anita Schroeder is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various HR roles. Currently, Anita serves as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at The Chicago School since September 2017, where responsibilities include recruitment, employee relations, benefits, payroll, and providing guidance to leadership on HR policies. Prior to this, Anita worked as a Human Resources Analyst at Maricopa County, supporting over 300 employees with compensation, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management from January 2015 to May 2017. At the University of California, Irvine, from September 2011 to October 2014, Anita coordinated staff and faculty recruitments and advised senior management on staffing issues. Earlier experience includes serving as Employment Manager at Hyatt Hotels Corporation, where Anita managed the recruitment process for two resorts with over 400 employees. Anita holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
