Chris Shilling

Chris Shilling serves as the Chief Innovation Officer and Under Secretary of Technology & Innovation at the Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce since August 2018. Previously, Chris held a partnership role at Oxala Capital, a cryptoasset investment fund, from May 2018 to January 2020. As CEO of ConfiguRate from March 2017 to April 2018, Chris led an enterprise software company that improved feedback mechanisms for clients across healthcare, retail, and airport industries in three countries. Chris also served as Deputy Director and COO at the Stephenson Cancer Center from July 2013 to May 2017, where efforts led to significant market share increases and sustained growth. Earlier roles include a graduate internship at Nike in corporate communications, Press Secretary and Assistant to the President at the University of Oklahoma, and a fellowship at The Ronnie K. Irani Center for the Creation of Economic Wealth. Chris earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Oklahoma.
