Jay Burgess

Jay Burgess, D.M., currently serves as the Director of IT Infrastructure, Operations, Applications, and Commerce at the Chickasaw Nation Department of Commerce, overseeing IT operations for various organizations since June 2017. As the Owner/Principal of Innovadigm Solutions Group, LLC since 2002, Jay has also held key positions including Vice President of Technical Operations at SpringPoint Managed Services, Chief Information Officer at Muscogee (Creek) Nation Casinos, and Senior Director of Technical Operations at NDCHealth, among others. Jay's expertise encompasses consulting for non-profit organizations in areas such as project management, technology strategy development, and infrastructure management. Academic qualifications include a Doctor of Management from the University of Phoenix and a BBA in Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
