Lisa Botzler is an experienced professional in child welfare and social services, currently serving as a Senior Training and Technical Assistance Specialist at the Child Abuse Prevention Center, where responsibilities include developing and facilitating training curricula to address child abuse and neglect. Prior roles include consulting for county self-assessments, instructing training for child welfare social workers, and supervising social work teams. With a Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and a Bachelor’s degree in English from Northwest Missouri State University, Lisa Botzler has a comprehensive background in program management, training, and service delivery within various social services organizations.

The CAP Center is a national and international training, education, research and resource center dedicated to protecting children and building healthy families.
