Mary Streett joined The Child Center of NY in January 2022 as Vice President, Talent and Change Management, having served as a talent consultant with the agency since November 2020. Mary previously served in a variety of roles focused on learning, development, human resources, and change for Bon Secours Mercy Health, the fifth largest not-for-profit Catholic health care organization in the U.S. Mary received her bachelor’s degree in industrial relations from LeMoyne College and her master’s degree in management with a concentration in leadership and organizational effectiveness from Troy University. She earned an executive coaching certificate from Georgetown University, is a professional certified coach with the International Coaching Federation and holds a global talent management leader certification from the Talent Management Institute.
