Traci Donnelly has extensive experience in the nonprofit sector, with a focus on child and youth services. Traci has been the Chief Executive Officer of The Child Center of NY since 2014, where they oversee 100 programs in 50 locations, serving 43,000 children and families annually. As CEO, they collaborate with the Board of Directors to develop and communicate the organization's vision and strategy. Prior to this role, Traci served as the Chief Operating Officer of the same organization, where they ensured the highest quality services for children and youth in educational, therapeutic, and youth development programs. Additionally, Traci held the position of Senior Vice President NY Region Director at Phoenix House from 2007 to 2012, where they provided strategic oversight and direction to clinical and administrative operations across multiple programs and locations. Traci also has experience in special education and grant management through their role at Port Jefferson School District. Traci began their career at Phoenix House as the Director of Mental Health Services, where they supervised facilities, ensured compliance with policies and regulations, and facilitated program development. Throughout their career, Traci has demonstrated strong leadership and a commitment to improving the lives of children and families in need.

Traci Donnelly completed their Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Criminal Justice at Dowling College. Traci then went on to pursue their Masters degree in Education at the same institution from 1999 to 2001.
