Jessica Klouda

Jessica Klouda is a skilled clinical therapist currently employed at The Children's Center of Hamden since August 2021. In addition to this role, Klouda co-founded Yowago, an app development company, in July 2020. Prior experience includes working as a clinician at the DCF Albert J. Solnit Center - North Campus and a program counselor at the Grove School, where responsibilities involved evaluating student needs and providing practical counseling. Klouda has also served as a care manager with the Children's Community Programs of Connecticut, supporting families in the Therapeutic Foster Care Program. An internship with the National Alliance on Mental Illness NH helped deepen understanding of mental health issues, and previous roles included a position as a telephone interviewer at the University of New Hampshire. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work from Fordham University and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire.
