Uchenna Ogbaa Lcsw

Uchenna Ogbaa, LCSW, currently serves as a School Based Behavioral Health Clinician at Cornell Scott - Hill Health Center and as a Clinical Therapist at The Children's Center of Hamden. With experience in therapeutic exercises grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Multidimensional Family Therapy, Uchenna manages a caseload of 30-35 clients, facilitates group therapy for youth and adolescents, and conducts various assessments. Past internships at Clifford Beers Clinic and Children's Community Programs of Connecticut involved collaboration in interdisciplinary teams, individual and family therapy, and mentoring adolescent clients. Uchenna earned a Master of Social Work from Fordham Graduate School of Social Service and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from Southern Connecticut State University.
