Gilbert Keller

Gilbert Keller has a diverse work experience in the field of IT infrastructure. Gilbert started their career as a Helpdesk Engineer at Jostens Learning Corporation in 1986. Later, they worked as a Technical Manager at Invest Learning, where they were responsible for performance evaluations, salary reviews, and the implementation of Novell NetWare v3.x. Gilbert then joined American Management Systems, Inc. as a System Administrator, providing support for Windows and Novell operating systems. Their role at Nichols Infotech as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer involved project management, client engagement, and team performance measurement.

From 1999 to 2004, Keller worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at BVA, where they led client engagements, designed SAN infrastructure, and developed budgets and return on investment reports. Gilbert then joined Ensynch as a Senior Systems Engineer, focusing on project management and migrating MS Exchange implementation.

From 2005 to 2014, Keller held the position of Director of IT Infrastructure at Phoenix Children's Hospital, overseeing IT infrastructure technologies, project management, and client engagements.

Gilbert then worked at Business & Decision North America as a Principal Consultant, managing IT infrastructure projects and working closely with sales and executive teams.

Finally, Keller became self-employed in 2014 as a Senior Consultant, offering IT consulting services and assessments for small to medium-sized organizations. Gilbert collaborates with senior leadership to understand their needs and expectations, creates improvement plans, metrics, and service level agreements to help organizations meet their strategic goals.

Currently, Keller is serving as the Director of IT Infrastructure at Children's of Alabama, a role they have held since November 2017.

Gilbert Keller earned an Associate's Degree in Electronics Engineering Technology from the National Education Center in Universal, TX from 1983 to 1985.
