Reid Neal

Reid Neal is a VDI Operations and Build Engineer II at Children's of Alabama, responsible for maintaining and supporting the VDI environment, including troubleshooting complex issues and serving as a subject matter expert on Horizon VDI v7.0+. Previous roles at the same organization include Technical Engineer III, Technical Engineer II, and Desktop Support/Warehouse Operations, where responsibilities included managing endpoint devices and assisting in inventory asset management. Reid has also gained experience as a Kitchen Food Server at Billy's Sports Grill. Currently pursuing a Master of Science in Management Information Systems at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, Reid previously earned a Bachelor of Science in the same field and holds a high school diploma from Vestavia Hills High School.
