Wally Shaw

Wally Shaw has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Wally started their career at Childrens Health System in 2005 as a Department Director for the Special Care Unit, where they worked until 2011. In 2011, they joined Children's of Alabama and took up the role of Department Director for Cardiovascular Services until 2014. From 2014 to 2021, they served as the Department Director for Specialty Care Services at Children's South. Currently, they hold the position of Divisional Director Ambulatory Care Operations at Children's of Alabama.

Wally Shaw attended UAB from 2010 to 2012, where they obtained a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) with a specialization in Nursing Administration.
