Eileen Ware MSN, RN, CPHQ, has over two decades of experience in quality improvement and healthcare leadership. Since January 2000, Eileen has held various roles at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, progressing from Registered Nurse in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) to Senior Director of Quality and Process Improvement. Prior experience includes serving as a Registered Nurse in the PICU at Miami Children’s Health System from August 1996 to December 1999. Eileen holds a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Miami.
