Haley B. Hlela Msn

Haley B. Hlela MSN, ACCNS-P, CPHQ, LSSGB serves as President and Programs Chair for the Pennsylvania Association for Healthcare Quality since January 2020. At the University of Pennsylvania Perelman School of Medicine, Hlela advises Capstone students and lectures on Systems Thinking and Patient Safety. With extensive experience at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since April 2011, Hlela has held various roles, including Manager of Nursing & Clinical Care Services Safety & Quality Program and Senior Safety Quality Specialist. Hlela's educational background includes a Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Delaware and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.
