Joanne McCool

Joanne McCool, MSOD, ACC, SHRM-CP, has extensive experience in human resources and organizational development, currently serving as Vice President of Human Resources, Administration & Operations at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since December 2015, where Joanne leads HR services for over 30,000 workforce members. Previous roles at CHOP include Senior Director and Director of Human Resources, overseeing initiatives for more than 19,000 staff across multiple locations.
