Lisa Chambers

Lisa Chambers is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, currently serving as a DEI Specialist in the Office of Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion since January 2014. In this role, Lisa provides consultation and education to staff while managing various D&I initiatives and events. Prior to this, Lisa held multiple positions within the organization, contributing to clinical support development and training coordination. Additionally, Lisa has a diverse background in the broadcasting industry, working at Radio One Philadelphia and Beasley Broadcast Group, where responsibilities included administrative support and event coordination. With a Bachelor of Business Administration focused on Human Resources Management, Lisa combines practical experience with formal education to enhance organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
