Madeline Bell

Madeline Bell has served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since 1983, overseeing a prominent pediatric health system that includes a 546-bed teaching hospital and a robust network providing over 1.3 million visits annually. With a background in various leadership roles within the hospital, including President, Chief Operating Officer, and Senior Vice President, Madeline has extensive expertise in patient access, revenue cycle management, and clinical services. Prior to their tenure at Children's Hospital, Madeline held the position of Director of Case Management and Maternal-Child Services at Main Line Health. Madeline holds a Master of Science in Organizational Dynamics with a concentration in Change Management from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Villanova University.
