Marlena Ferguson

Marlena Ferguson has extensive experience in financial leadership, currently serving as Vice President and CFO of Physician Practice Plans at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since November 1994, where responsibilities include ensuring financial health and providing strategic guidance. Previous roles at the hospital include Senior Director overseeing the accounting functions and financial operations for various departments, as well as leading the Workday implementation for finance. Marlena began her career as a Senior Accountant at Ernst & Young, focusing on audit procedures for corporate clients. Education was completed at the Alfred Lerner College of Business & Economics at the University of Delaware.
