Mercedes Vallecillo

Mercedes Vallecillo is an experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist, currently employed at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since March 2015 and at Rothman Orthopaedic Institute since 2018, specializing in surgical anesthesia. Prior experience includes a role as a Critical Care Registered Nurse at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia from August 2008 to July 2014 and a Student Worker position at Thomas Jefferson University Hospitals from April 2006 to August 2007. Mercedes Vallecillo's educational background includes a Master's degree in Nurse Anesthetist from Saint Joseph's University and a Graduate Program of Anesthesiology from Nazareth Hospital School of Nurse Anesthesiology, both completed in 2014, as well as a Bachelor of Science degree in Registered Nursing from Drexel University awarded in 2008 and an Associate's degree from the Community College of Philadelphia. High school education was completed at St. Maria Goretti Catholic High School in June 1999.
