Toby Eckrote currently serves as Director of Physician Practice Administration for the CSA Division of Neurosurgery at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia, following a career marked by significant leadership roles in healthcare management. Prior to this position, Toby worked at the Schweiger Dermatology Group as General Manager, overseeing a multi-specialty group and leading various operational improvements following an acquisition. With a strong background in practice management from previous roles at the Dermatology and Skin Surgery Center, Penn Medicine, Main Street Family Care, Brandywine Podiatry, and BAYADA Home Health Care, Toby has consistently demonstrated expertise in optimizing clinical workflows, enhancing patient satisfaction, and implementing quality improvement initiatives. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Care Administration from Wilmington University and a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Physiology from the University of Delaware.
