Whitney Bailey

Whitney B. is an accomplished professional in biomedical engineering with extensive experience in clinical technology services and management. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Biomedical Engineering and Clinical Technology Services at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia since June 2018, Whitney B. previously held several key positions, including Director of Clinical Technology Services and Senior Manager of Biomedical Engineering. Prior to this, Whitney B. worked at Penn Medicine as a Manager of Clinical Engineering and held roles at The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Philadelphia VA Medical Center. Experience includes managing medical device testing and certification, overseeing budgeting for clinical engineering, and coordinating projects for infusion pumps. Whitney B. holds a Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Connecticut and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
