McKenna Rybaltowski

McKenna Rybaltowski is an experienced investment analyst currently working at Boston Children's Hospital since October 2024, managing the endowment, pension, and short-term investment assets. Prior to this role, McKenna served as an analyst at Locust Walk, focusing on investment banking and strategy consulting for the life sciences from July 2022 to June 2024. Additional experience includes a senior intern position in corporate affairs at SCBIO South Carolina Biotechnology Industry Organization from April 2021 to May 2022 and a summer analyst role in clinical microbiology at Paratek Pharmaceuticals from May 2021 to August 2021. McKenna graduated from Clemson University in 2022 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Microbiology/Biomedicine from the Honors College and attended Padua Academy from 2014 to 2018.
