Jay Udavcak is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in content creation and production. Currently serving as Vice President of Content Creation at Yes& Agency since September 2022, Jay plays a key role in restructuring marketing communication programs following the acquisition of Big Picture, Inc. As Executive Producer for the Gala at The Children's Inn at NIH since 2013, Jay oversees all audio, video, and lighting aspects of the event and leads the design team for its themes. Additionally, Jay has been a Judge for the Silver Telly Council since 2011, evaluating award submissions for The Tellys. As founder and former CEO of Big Picture, Inc. from 2001 to 2022, Jay built the company into a leading creative production firm, managing all operational functions. Jay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Production & Engineering, Acoustical Physics, and Business & Contract Law from Berklee College of Music.
