Kate McNeely

Kate McNeely currently serves as the Director of Strategic Advancement and External Affairs at the Children's Museum of Atlanta since April 2024, leading fundraising efforts and managing the Advancement team. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Development at the Georgia Asylum and Immigration Network (GAIN) from April 2018 to April 2024, where significant contributions were made to resource development and fundraising, achieving over 300% income growth. Previously, Kate held roles such as Manager of Events & Donor Communications at Planned Parenthood Southeast, Inc., and Community Relations Curator at Alliance Theatre, where strategic community engagement and event management were key responsibilities. Early in the career, Kate worked as a Program Sales Associate at Young Audiences, Woodruff Arts Center, focusing on artist scheduling and marketing initiatives. Kate holds a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre Studies from Guilford College.
