Michelle Clark is currently the Director of Diversity and Talent at The Children's Society. Prior to this, they were the Head of Employee Experience & Engagement at GTR from January 2015 to January 2020. Before that, they were an HR Business Partner at both Network Rail and Southern Railway. At Southern Railway, they were also part of the HR Senior Leadership team responsible for developing and driving the 'people and teams' (HR) strategy. Michelle has extensive experience in HR, engagement, workforce planning, leadership and skills development, talent and performance management, and organisational development.
Michelle Clark has a MA in Personnel and Development from the University of Brighton and a BA Hons in Social Psychology from the University of Sussex. Michelle also went to Boundstone Community College.
