Mike Maddick

Mike Maddick currently serves as the Director of Resources and has held the position of Chief Executive (Interim) at The Children's Trust since November 2015. The organization specializes in providing rehabilitation, education, and community services for children and young people with brain injuries and neurodisabilities. Prior to this role, Mike held various senior positions at the Royal Bank of Scotland from 2008 to 2015, including Head of Talent and Resourcing for the Williams & Glyn Divestment and Group Head of Diversity & Inclusion. Earlier in Mike's career, positions included UK Head of Experience Hire Recruitment at UBS and Head of Infrastructure Recruitment UK at JP Morgan. Mike holds a Master's degree in Social Sciences from the University of Glasgow.
