Carol Brogan, MS, CPTD has a diverse work experience in the field of learning and talent development, as well as business development and training. Most recently, they served as the Associate Director of Programs at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County, where they streamlined professional development for thousands of executives, managers, and staff. Carol effectively managed budgets for health and learning and development, resulting in the galvanization of high performers. Prior to that, Carol worked at Family Central, Inc. as the Director of Business Development and Training Academy, where they significantly increased revenue and transformed a deficit department into a revenue-generating one. Carol also initiated new enterprises and developed unique training and support services. Carol has also held roles at Early Learning Coalition of Miami-Dade/Monroe as an Implementation Manager, where they enhanced the quality of external programs and led the implementation of a quality rating and improvement system. Earlier in their career, they worked at Miami-Dade County as an Education Manager and owned and operated Child Concern Consultants, focusing on child development and risk management.

Carol Brogan, MS, CPTD holds a Master of Science degree in International Administration from Central Michigan University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania. Additionally, Carol has acquired several certifications, including the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) from ATD CI - The ATD Certification Institute in February 2021. Carol also holds the FDO Expert Certification and the FDO Trainer Certification from Candid, both obtained in October 2019. Furthermore, Carol is a CQ Certified Advanced Professional and has obtained the CQ Certified Facilitator: CQ Certification and CQ Certified Facilitator: CQ Train-the-Trainer from the Cultural Intelligence Center in November 2017.
