The Leadership Team at The Children's Trust of Miami-Dade County is responsible for steering the organization towards its mission of improving the lives of children and families. Comprising key executives such as the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operations Officer, President and CEO, Chief Programs Officer, CEO, and Chief Public Policy, Engagement and Communications Officer, the team provides strategic direction, oversees the implementation of high-quality services, and ensures the organization remains accountable and transparent in its efforts to make impactful investments in the community's future.
