Heather Pierce

Heather Pierce, BS, CBIS, currently serves as the Lead Community Support Specialist and Vocational Counselor at The Choice Group since April 2019, bringing expertise as a Certified Brain Injury Specialist. Additionally, Heather holds the role of Program Director for Operation: Next Mission at BATTLE DAWGS since August 2022 and has a history of impactful involvement with Connect With a Wish, where responsibilities included engaging with the President on operations and planning, leading budget and volunteer management efforts, and liaising with Social Services. Prior experience includes a Human Capital Management Consultant position at ADP, a Licensed Sales Professional role at Allstate, and serving as a Child Advocate for CASA. Heather is pursuing a Master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University, building on a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services from Old Dominion University.
